set forth by Breckenridge Public Utilities relative to load management.

This rate shall be applied to loads equal to or in excess of 60 kilowatts during
three months or more of the previous twelve months.

Sewer Utility
The Residential Rate is a fixed charge of $12.00 per month per water meter and a charge of 50¢ per 1,000 gallons of water used based on the average amount of water metered in January, February and March of each year.
The Commercial Rate is a fixed charge of $12.00 per month
per water meter and a charge of 50¢ per 1,000 gallons of water used each month.
In the event that a customer's premises is unoccupied during the months of January, February or March, the sewer rate shall be based on the water consumption during the first full month of occupancy. For new services or for new residents in existing homes starting after March of each year, the utility shall set the monthly charge based on similar families until January of the following year.
